This is an exquisite piece and an incredible addition to any collection. The cylinder describes the Maya myth of the Hero Twins. The myth is that the twins were saved from captivity by having a rat chew through the roof in order to free their tools and escape. They learned to crawl like the rat so they could crawl through the House of Knives/Blades without getting cut.
The cylinder is in excellent condition and the pictures are well preserved. It has been repaired from several large pieces.
