Few things are more exciting than adding special pieces to a collection. Whether you collect artifacts, ancient coins, fossils, minerals, crystals or other antiquities from around the world, Ancient Artifacts & Treasures, Inc. has the inventory selection for you.
Ancient Artifacts and Treasures has been a dream of John McIntosh for many years. A collector of fossils, US coins and minerals for more than 57 years, this fascination with collecting soon turned to ancient coins and artifacts. Additionally, he became certified in underwater archeology. To be able to share this passion for the ancient, the historical and the unusual with collectors whether experienced or not has blossomed into a shop of wonders to delight young and old. There are Florida fossils, Florida native American artifacts, fossils from around the world, minerals, gems and crystals antiquities and artifacts from around the world as well as ancient and modern coins.
The store is a family affair as well. Opening in August of 1999, John’s mother, Joan, operated the store during the week for 13 years until her death in 2012. But selling isn’t a new thing for them, John has been trading on eBay since 1996 (mcintosh55 (+1230)). In addition, Kim Sager, Julia Littlewood, Michelle Papathanasopoulos, and Ruth Parsons all put in time serving our customers.
At Ancient Artifacts & Treasures we are committed to bringing you authentic fossils, minerals, and ancient artifacts of collectible quality at reasonable prices. As you add to your collection, we take pride in sharing the history behind the article.
