The Sericho Stony meteorite is a rare type of meteorite called a pallasite, found near Sericho, Kenya, in 2016. Two brothers came across the heavy stones while looking for camels and suspected they were meteorites since no natural rocks exist in the area. Tests confirmed this, and the discovery turned out to be huge—over 2,800 kilograms of meteorite pieces have been found. These nuggets are known for their beautiful mix of shiny metal and green crystals, making them both scientifically important and visually striking.
