Measures approx. 2.5 in square and 2 in deep.
Juniper Root Wood is also know as “Thouis” which is in the cedar family. It is a native tree in Morocco and grows wild having a large bulbous root much like a giant radish. This root is very dense and knotted and has a distinct scent. It is dehydrated and used by various wood crafts. The finish that is commonly used is a rubbed on shellac.
